Terms and Conditions

Welcome to Alojando App - Property Management System. By accessing or using our service (including the website and the mobile application), you accept these Terms and Conditions. If you disagree with any part of them, please do not use the service.

1. Operator

Alojando App - Property Management System is a Property Management System (PMS) platform operated by Alojando, LLC, a limited liability company organized under the laws of the State of Delaware (United States of America), with address at 131 Continental Dr, Suite 305, Newark, DE 19713, USA. 2. Description of the service

Alojando App - Property Management System offers a SaaS (Software-as-a-Service) solution for short-term rental property managers, including: a management dashboard, calendar synchronization with third-party platforms (Airbnb, Booking, etc.), public sites with custom domains, booking management, owner statements, operational alerts and analytics tools.

3. User account

To use the service you must create an account by providing accurate and up-to-date information. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your credentials and for all activity under your account. Notify us immediately of any unauthorized use.

4. Free trial and subscription

We offer a 30-day free trial that does not require a payment card. After the trial, access to the service is conditional on contracting a monthly plan whose price depends on the number of active properties in your account. Current pricing is published in the "Pricing" section of our site.

5. Payments and billing

Billing is monthly and charged automatically through MercadoPago (for charges in Argentine pesos) or Stripe (for charges in US dollars and other international currencies), depending on your plan and region. Charges are made in advance for the service period. If a payment fails, we notify you by email and suspend the service if the issue is not resolved within 5 calendar days.

6. Cancellation

You can cancel your subscription at any time from the dashboard. The cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing cycle — you keep access to the service until that date. There are no refunds for partial periods.

7. Guest and owner data

As a property manager, you are responsible for the guest and owner information you upload or sync to the platform. Alojando App - Property Management System acts as a data processor for that information in accordance with Argentine Personal Data Protection Law 25.326 and related regulations.

8. Intellectual property

The platform, its code, design, trademarks and content are owned by Alojando, LLC or its licensors. Content you upload (property photos, descriptions, etc.) remains your property, but you grant us a non-exclusive license to use it within the service.

9. Third-party integrations

Integrations with Airbnb, Booking or other platforms are performed through public interfaces (iCal) or APIs authorized by the user. Alojando App - Property Management System accepts no responsibility for interruptions, changes or errors in third-party services. You are responsible for complying with the terms and conditions of every platform you sync with.

10. Limitation of liability

The service is provided "as is", with no express or implied warranties. To the fullest extent permitted by law, Alojando App - Property Management System shall not be liable for indirect damages, lost profits, data loss or business interruption arising from the use or inability to use the service. Our aggregate liability is limited to the amount you paid in the 12 months immediately preceding the event giving rise to the claim.

11. Changes

We may update these Terms at any time. Material changes will be communicated by email at least 30 days in advance. Continued use of the service after an update implies acceptance of the new terms.

12. Use of the mobile application

In addition to the general terms, use of the Alojando PMS mobile application (iOS and Android) is also subject to the Apple App Store standard EULA and Google Play Terms of Service. The application requires an active internet connection to function; certain features (push notifications, OTA sync) depend on external services whose availability we cannot guarantee. Push notifications are delivered via Firebase Cloud Messaging (Google) — you can disable them at any time from your operating system preferences.

13. Governing law and jurisdiction

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Delaware (United States of America), where Alojando, LLC is organized. Any dispute shall be submitted in the first instance to the courts of Delaware. Notwithstanding the foregoing, users residing in Argentina retain the right to bring actions before the ordinary courts of their domicile when permitted by Argentine consumer protection law (Law 24.240) or equivalent user protection legislation.
