How you get going

Each integration is switched on separately, from the panel.

  1. You connect the portals

    Airbnb with your account; Booking and Expedia with your property number; Despegar and Vrbo with your login.

  2. You add payments

    Your Mercado Pago account to charge in Argentine pesos, or your Stripe account to charge in dollars or euros.

  3. You switch on the rest

    WhatsApp through your own Twilio account, and the iCal calendars of portals without a direct connection.

Questions

Which portals have a direct connection?

Airbnb, Booking, Expedia, Despegar and Vrbo. Any other portal that provides an iCal calendar syncs that way.

How is that different from iCal?

iCal only brings in booked dates and refreshes every 30 minutes. The direct connection also carries prices and minimum stay, brings in messages on the portals that allow it, and bookings come in as soon as the portal reports them.

Do I need my own Mercado Pago or Stripe account?

Yes. Payments go to your account, not to Alojando's. Mercado Pago charges in Argentine pesos and Stripe in dollars or euros.

Does Alojando charge a commission on bookings?

No. The subscription is per property. Alojando charges no commission on bookings from your site or from your portals.
