How do I load my properties?
You import them from Airbnb with the listing link: photos, copy, prices and rules. In 15 minutes your operation is loaded and you can adjust whatever you want.
What happens to the bookings I already have on the portals?
When you connect each portal, Alojando brings in your current and future bookings into your calendar. Nothing collides: those nights are closed on every channel from the first minute.
Do prices sync on their own?
Yes. You set a base price and the percentage you want per portal; availability, minimum stay and discounts travel on their own. If you use PriceLabs, you keep using it: Alojando leaves its prices alone.
Do you charge commission per booking?
No, 0 %. You pay the per-property subscription and nothing else. The only thing taken out of a payment is the processor's fee, like in any sale.
Can I use my own domain?
Yes. Your booking site works with your domain and SSL included, with your logo and your colors, and no Alojando branding in sight.
I only have one property. Is this for me?
Yes, and it costs US$ 10 per month with every feature. As you add more, the price per property drops by itself.
Do my owners see anything?
Every owner has their portal: they see the statements for their property and its calendar, without entering your panel or seeing the rest of your portfolio.
Does my team have to install anything?
No. Tasks arrive over WhatsApp and are confirmed from there. If you want to give someone you trust access to the panel you can, with permissions per area.
Which countries does it work in?
Anywhere in the world. Portals connect the same way in any country, the panel is in Spanish and English, and you get paid with Mercado Pago in local currency where it operates, or with Stripe in the rest of the world.
Can I cancel whenever I want?
Yes. No lock-in and no penalties. If you remove properties, the price drops the following month; if you cancel, you stop paying.
