What is Alojando App?
It's a white-label SaaS for property managers: a platform that generates your own short-term rental website with your brand, your domain, and Airbnb/Booking sync. Designed to manage and administer multiple properties from a single dashboard.
How much does it cost?
Pricing is per active property, with automatic volume discounts. We charge in pesos (via MercadoPago) or in dollars (via Stripe). You have a free trial to evaluate before paying. See current pricing in the dashboard after signing up.
Can I import my listings from Airbnb or Booking?
Yes. Paste your Airbnb or Booking listing URLs and our engine imports everything: titles, descriptions, high-resolution photos, amenities, and pricing. No re-uploading or rewriting copy — operational from day 1.
Do you charge per-booking commission?
No. Alojando App is 100% SaaS: you pay a fixed monthly subscription and the bookings you receive are yours, with no commission per booking. Your guests pay you directly.
How long until my site is ready?
In 15 minutes. Create your account, import properties from Airbnb/Booking, pick your color palette and logo, and your site goes live at {yourSlug}.alojando.app. You can connect your own domain afterwards.
Can I use my own domain?
Yes. Set up a CNAME from your DNS provider pointing to Alojando and we issue the SSL certificate automatically. Your site appears at yourdomain.com — guests never see 'alojando.app'.
Does it work outside Argentina?
Yes. The platform is international: we accept USD payments via Stripe, emails and SMS work globally, and we support multiple languages (ES/EN/PT/IT) in the guest portal. Most of our customers are in Argentina and LATAM, but there's no geographic limit.
How do I cancel my subscription?
From your dashboard anytime, with no penalty. Your site stays active until the end of the paid billing period. Your data is retained for 90 days in case you come back.
