They're put on a common scale for the ranking, but every review is always shown with its portal's original score.

Does the reply go out under my name?

Yes, as the host on the portal where it was published. Alojando appears nowhere.

What if I don't rate the guest in time?

You lose the chance: the deadline is set by each portal, not by us. That's why we warn you beforehand.

Is it useful for deciding which property to drop?

It's one of the signals. The ranking crossed with occupancy and ADR from Reports is usually enough to make that call.
